Srinagar (KNO) : Militants outfit Jaish E Muhammad appointed Hafiz Umar a non local millitant as its new operational commander for Jammu and Kashmir.
After the recent killing of its operational commander Mufti Waqas in an encounter with security forces at Awantipora district of South Kashmir now the decision came in the wake of recent killing of its operational commander.
